The Umbagog Toro Toro from Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust is a 6 x 54 cigar handcrafted in Nicaragua at NACSA using a thick Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over a Mexican San Andrés binder and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos.

The story behind Umbagog is part of what makes the cigar stand out. Steve Saka originally created the blend using Broadleaf wrappers that were considered too visually rough for Mi Querida. Instead of wasting them, he leaned into the rugged character and built a cigar designed specifically for outdoor smoking and everyday enjoyment.

This is not meant to be a polished, delicate “special occasion” cigar. It is intentionally durable, burns easily, handles relights well, and delivers a rich medium-full to full-bodied profile packed with earth, cocoa, oak, leather, coffee, and black pepper.

Tasting Notes

Heavy earth, dark cocoa, oak, coffee, leather, black pepper, and natural tobacco sweetness. Rich and hearty without feeling overly refined, exactly the kind of cigar you can smoke anywhere without overthinking it.
