Do you offer free shipping?

Yep. Orders over $150 ship free, no promo code needed. Just load up and let us handle the rest.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We move fast. All orders placed before 3pm on business days will be shipped same day. Once your order's out the door, you’ll get tracking info right away.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your smokes all the way to your front porch.

You can also track your order directly from your account by using the My Account link here. All orders ship from our warehouse located in Rochester, MN. 

Where do you ship?

We ship to most U.S. states. However, some state laws limit where we can send cigars. If there’s a restriction in your area, we’ll let you know at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States. Our mission is to serve the hardworking men and women here at home first.

What if my cigars show up damaged?

We pack every order to handle the journey, but if your cigars arrive damaged, we’ve got your back especially if you opted in for Route Package Protection at checkout. Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged items, and makes filing a claim quick and easy.

If you didn’t select Route, reach out to us directly with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review it and do our best to make it right.

What is your return/refund policy?

We stand behind every order. If your cigars arrive damaged or there’s a mistake with your shipment, we’ll make it right, no runaround, no hassle.

Age Verification

Is my personal info safe?

Absolutely. AgeChecker.Net uses secure systems and doesn't store photo IDs unless legally required and even then, only with your permission. All other personal info is encrypted and used only for age verification.

What information is collected during age verification?

At checkout, our system (powered by AgeChecker.Net) will use your billing info: name, address, and birthdate to verify your age. Over 90% of customers get verified instantly.

If we can’t verify you right away, you’ll be asked to upload a valid photo ID. Once verified, that image is deleted. Your name, address, and birthdate may be securely saved so future purchases are smoother.

How can I get help with my age verification?

How long does it take to be verified?

Most customers are verified on the spot using just name, address, and birthdate. If not, you’ll be asked to upload a photo ID right in the popup, no page-hopping. It usually takes under 30 seconds to confirm.

How do I upload my photo ID?

We keep it simple. You’ve got three easy ways to send us your ID:
1. Snap a photo using your webcam right from the popup.
2. Upload a saved image from your computer or device.
3. Prefer your phone? Enter your number and we’ll text you a secure link to finish the process from there.

What kinds of photo IDs do you accept?

If you're asked to upload an ID, we accept any government-issued ID: driver's license, state ID, military ID, or passport. Make sure your name, birthdate, and expiration date are visible and match your order details.

The birthdate you enter must match your ID, even if you’re clearly over 21. For some IDs (like military), we’ll need both front and back.

Having trouble uploading both images in one go? Email them to help@agechecker.net. Just don’t send them separately, we can’t verify partial submissions.
