Please review our refund and return policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for your cigar purchases.

Return Policy for Box Purchases

At After Action Cigars, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also stand by quality and fairness.

Unopened & Unused Boxes: You may return any box of cigars that is completely unopened and unused for full merchandise credit, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days.

One Cigar Used: If only one cigar from the box has been opened and used, you may still return the rest. In this case, we’ll issue a pro-rated credit based on the remaining cigars, less shipping.

More Than One Cigar Used: If more than one cigar from the box has been opened or used, we cannot accept the return.

Please ensure the box is returned in its original packaging, with all cigars in their original cellophane (if applicable), and without damage. Any cigars that are cut, lit, or altered in any way are considered used and not eligible for return.

Please note: Any promotional items included with your original purchase must also be returned. If these items are not included with your return, the retail value of the promotional item(s) will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Return Policy for Singles, Samplers, and 3-5 Packs

Due to the nature of these products, singles, samplers, and 5-packs are not eligible for return once purchased—even if unopened and unused.

This policy helps us maintain the integrity and freshness of our cigars for every customer. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing to ensure you find the right fit for your smoke.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is defective upon delivery, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your shipment. Email us at info@afteractioncigars.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.
