At After Action Cigars, we know a job well done deserves a good smoke—and it shouldn’t take forever to get to your doorstep. Whether you’re winding down from a shift, returning from deployment, or just lighting one up around the fire, we’ve got you covered.

We hustle hard to get your order out fast. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once it’s out the door, you’ll get tracking info straight to your inbox.

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses—because our brothers and sisters in uniform deserve a good cigar, no matter where they are.

Please Note: We do not process orders on all major holidays or government observed holidays. Your order will continue to process the following business day. All shipping times are counted in business days. 

 

Must Be 21+ to Purchase

We're not here to babysit, but we are here to follow the law. You must be 21 or older to buy tobacco products from us. When you place an order, you're confirming you're of legal age. Depending on where you live, age verification may happen at checkout or when your cigars hit your doorstep. No exceptions, no excuses.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal regulations, we can’t ship cigars to:

  • Utah

  • South Dakota

  • Hawaii (some areas)

  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

We also do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Transit Times

We cannot guarantee delivery time once we ship an order. We do our best to process and package your orders as timely as possible but once your order leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee the speed of delivery from the shipping provider. 

 

Tracking Information

Once your order is processed your tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not update until your package arrives at your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of After Action Cigars and must be resolved by contacting USPS directly. (See contact info below)

Lost & Undeliverable Packages:

Lost or undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of After Action Cigars and any issues that may arise from packages not received must be resolved by the customer with the postal carrier in use. After Action Cigars strives to provide resolution to all such matters. Any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to verify age, it may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

 

Damaged or Missing Packages

Things can go sideways. If your package is damaged or something’s missing, email us within 24-48 Hours at info@afteractioncigars.com and we’ll fix it. No hassle, no runaround. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable, so we can assist you promptly.
