Cigar Intel

The Red Meat Lovers Ribeye comes from Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust, blended by Steve Saka and produced at the NACSA factory in Nicaragua. The blend was originally created for the Red Meat Lovers Club and designed specifically to complement rich meals and full-bodied drinks.

A thick U.S. Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper brings the signature maduro character, oily texture, natural sweetness, and deep earthy flavor. Underneath sits a Mexican San Andrés binder, with long fillers from Nicaragua and Pennsylvania, giving the cigar its weight, spice, and layered complexity.

The Ribeye vitola comes in a 6 x 52 soft box-pressed format, which helps concentrate the smoke while still allowing the blend to develop gradually throughout the session. The result is a full-bodied cigar that stays balanced while delivering the bold flavor profile Saka is known for.

Tasting Notes

Expect a wave of dark earth, cocoa, and charred oak right from the start. Black pepper and baking spice sit just behind the core flavors, while hints of roasted coffee and subtle sweetness begin to develop as the cigar settles in. By the second half, the smoke thickens with notes of espresso, toasted wood, and a savory richness that carries through to a long, satisfying finish.
