The Lawless Toro is handcrafted at Fabrica Oveja Negra in Estelí, Nicaragua, the boutique factory founded by James and Angela Brown that produces all Black Label Trading Company cigars. The factory is known for small-batch production and blends that emphasize bold flavor with layered complexity.

This cigar features an Ecuadorian Habano Rosado wrapper over a core of Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. The wrapper contributes natural spice and subtle sweetness, while the Nicaraguan core adds structure, body, and a rich earthy backbone.

In the 6 x 50 Toro format, the blend develops gradually as the cigar burns, allowing the spice, coffee, and cocoa notes to build without becoming overwhelming. The result is a medium-to-full profile that delivers plenty of flavor while maintaining balance and smooth construction.

Tasting Notes

The cigar opens with notes of cedar and roasted coffee layered over a core of earth and cocoa. As the smoke develops, cinnamon-like baking spice and black pepper begin to build while a subtle dried-fruit sweetness rounds out the profile. The finish remains rich and balanced with lingering espresso, spice, and dark cocoa.
