The Black Label Trading Co. Last Rites Toro is handcrafted in Nicaragua at Fabrica Oveja Negra, the boutique factory founded by James and Angela Brown. The blend features a dark Ecuadorian Habano Maduro wrapper, which brings depth, spice, and subtle sweetness to the profile.

Underneath the wrapper sits a Honduran binder paired with a filler blend of Nicaraguan and Honduran tobaccos, creating a balanced maduro profile that leans rich without becoming overwhelming.

The Toro format (6 x 50) allows the blend to develop gradually, giving the smoke time to build layers of flavor while maintaining a steady burn and thick smoke output. The result is a medium-to-full-bodied cigar that offers bold flavor while staying smooth enough for an extended session.

Tasting Notes

The cigar opens with dark earth and cedar, quickly followed by roasted coffee and cocoa notes. As the smoke develops, black pepper and baking spice begin to build while subtle natural sweetness rounds out the profile.
